- Contact us before sending in your items. Due to constant market fluctuations, we'll need to verify that we're interested in purchasing the items you're selling. If so, we will provide you with a preliminary quote before you even begin the process of packing.
- Contact us form online. You will receive a copy via email once you submit it; please print the completed form as well.
- Place the completed form and properly secured items in the smallest box that will accommodate your valuables. We recommend double-boxing your valuables and adding bubble wrap, newspaper, paper towels, or packing peanuts to ensure that the contents shift as little as possible during shipping.
- Ship your package via US Postal Service by First Class, Priority, or Registered Mail. (We cannot accept packages shipped via UPS or FedEx, as they do not deliver to P.O. boxes.) Please be sure to add tracking and insurance equal to the estimated value of your items based on the quote we provided. We are not responsible for items mailed without insurance or tracking.
- Once your package is in the mail, please email us the date you mailed your items and the tracking information, so we know it's on its way.
*Please note that due to the current volatility of precious metals, a binding offer will only be made once we have received and reviewed the contents of your package. The only rate that we’re currently able to honor is the percentage of spot that we’re able to pay on your items. This will be based on when we pick up the items from the post office, not when the items arrive there.
